Sivakarthikeyan's acting is superb as usual with timing comedies. Siva's Friend also done a great job in humour. Mano Bala sir's entrance was superb that makes the audience laugh heavily. Priya anand done her best and its superb to see her in screen after quite some long time. Attakathi fame Nandita has a more substantial role from the second half onwards as Valli, Siva’s trainer and a former promising athlete whose prospects are ruined by a doctored hormone test. The film shows the hardwork of rural people with so much talents were ruined by few culprits in the city. Anirudh's music were already hit and they were nice to see in screens too. Screenplay is superb.
On the whole, it makes some valid points about the state of poor athletes in the country and also offers something for the entire family. Though the movie is not racy, its worth watching.
